Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop the core routing engine handling real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, and channels using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.

The role emphasizes high availability, low latency, scalability, and collaboration with product, CX, telephony, and analytics

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of architecture for distributed apps
• Expert-level Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
• Experience routing logic for contact centers or customer engagement platforms
• Knowledge of ACD concepts, queues, and workload balancing
• API-first design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native engineering

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, and business rules
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across queues and workloads
• Design and maintain APIs for routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration
• Collaborate with telephony, CX platforms, and analytics teams
• Translate operational requirements into routing components, flows, and roadmaps
• Define non-functional requirements for availability, performance, security, and observability
• Lead designs, code reviews, and establish engineering standards
