You will develop the core routing engine responsible for intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, skills, channels, and business units in real time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with distributed apps ownership.
• Expert Java and Spring Boot experience, REST APIs, security, and performance.
• Experience with routing logic for contact centers or CX platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines in real time.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and predictable performance.
