Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will build scalable backend services in Java/Spring Boot, enabling real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, and channels.

You will work on event-driven, cloud-native architectures with a focus on availability, latency, and resilience, collaborating with product, CX, and telephony teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with ownership of distributed architectures.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
• Experience with routing, real-time processing, and low-latency systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of interactions.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Design APIs for routing configuration, administration, and monitoring.
• Integrate routing with telephony, messaging, CRM, identity, and analytics platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish engineering standards.
