Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Roofing to own the largest multi-location roofing deals across markets. You will manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, with a quota of $2M annually and support from inbound and SDR-led meetings.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focusing on strategic, multi-location accounts. Leads across multiple markets will be provided; you will close deals that impact several locations.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annual multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling to roofing groups or multi-location marketing/agency buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large multi-location roofing deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close (3–12 months).
• Lead discussions with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand: add locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for the most important deals.
