Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Director of Sales for Roofing to own large multi-location deals across markets. You will manage the full cycle from discovery to close, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, with no direct reports.

You will lead strategic accounts, expanding locations and services as groups sign, supported by our SD team and inbound leads. This is an individual contributor, high-visibility role with a substantial annual quota.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand: sign more locations and services within a group.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership for key deals.
