Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Roofing to own our largest multi-location deals, from initial meetings to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota and remote work across the USA or Canada.

You will close multi-market roofing accounts, engaging owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders in long, consultative cycles. Success means expanding locations and services after each signed deal.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for large multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: add locations and services after a group signs.
• Prepare proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
