Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Roofing to own the largest multi-location roofing deals across markets. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, remote in the USA or Canada, focusing on closing multi-location groups.

You will manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months, with a $2M annual quota, working with owners and regional leaders. Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers is essential.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into roofing groups or similar multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals including discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on high-value proposals.
