Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Roofing to own our largest multi-location deals, from initial meetings to signed contracts. You will close multi-market opportunities with owners and regional leaders, as deals span 3 to 12 months and unlock expansion across locations.

This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota, supported by a sales development team feeding qualified meetings. You will work remotely across the USA or Canada, with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proven history closing large multi-location or enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing a group.
