• Proven track record closing large enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to multi-location roofing groups or similar buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing over managing teams.

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to reach consensus.
• Expand deals to cover more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft compelling proposals for key deals.
