Qualifications

• Proven record closing $1M+ annually on multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle deals from discovery to close, 3–12 months.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft deal proposals.
