Job summary

H1 is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to advance revenue planning, reporting, and operational excellence across a global Commercial organization.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance to create scalable processes and data-driven insights that drive growth. You will design and maintain dashboards, improve deal desk workflows, and govern CRM data quality while leveraging AI tools to accelerate RevOps workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Proficient with Salesforce and CPQ tools; experience with GTM software.
• Experience using AI assistants to accelerate RevOps workflows and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue planning, reporting, and analysis across territories, quotas, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor productivity and performance.
• Analyze Commercial performance and translate questions into actionable insights.
• Develop AI agents, skills, and workflows to improve RevOps efficiency.
• Oversee deal desk workflows and CRM data quality; support training materials.
