Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to lead strategic planning and forecasting for the Support organization. You will own analytics frameworks, model financial impacts, and partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize revenue outcomes.

This role emphasizes data-backed decisions, executive communication, and singing capacity with demand signals. You will drive performance reporting, guide tool investments, and oversee AI-enabled improvements to drive efficiency across GTM

Qualifications

• Strong strategic planning and multi-year operating plans.
• Ability to design forecasting frameworks for the Support organization.
• Proven experience translating operational metrics into revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly planning with capacity and demand signals.
• Own forecasting frameworks for support, including ticket volume and cost-per-resolution.
• Build financial models and business cases for investments in tooling and AI.
• Stress-test prioritization decisions with data and evidence.
• Design analytics infrastructure for visibility into team and channel performance.
