Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to partner with Support leadership in a remote-first environment. You will own forecasting, KPI frameworks, and ROI analyses to connect support activities with revenue and retention outcomes.

You will build scalable processes, leverage AI-enabled automation, and guide cross-functional teams across GTM functions while maintaining executive-level influence with data-backed insights.

Qualifications

• Analytical rigor with ability to engineer complex fiscal models and operational frameworks.
• Executive presence to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience in revenue, support, or customer success operations in a high-volume SaaS environment.
• Expertise in AI-driven automation workflows and optimizing deflection vs resolution.
• MBA or management consulting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sr. Director of RevOps and Support leadership to lead annual and quarterly planning.
• Own forecasting frameworks for the Support organization — ticket volume projections, channel mix trends, resolution capacity, and cost-per-resolution modeling.
• Track actuals against plan with discipline — identify deviations early and bring forward-looking recommendations.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews for Support leadership — owning the narrative and driving prioritized action.
• Build the financial models and business cases that support investment decisions — new tooling and AI capability expansions.
