Job summary

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to own systems, processes, and analytics that drive growth across marketing, sales, product, and finance. Remote-friendly with occasional travel, this role partners with Marketing and Operations to turn data into decisions.

You will design, implement, and optimize revenue processes, own vendor relationships, and build automation across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management.
• Fluent in SQL and able to troubleshoot queries against a data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM, sales and marketing tools, data infrastructure, and integrations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement revenue strategies.
• Lead projects from ideation to execution to improve revenue processes and tool enhancements.
• Own recurring reporting rhythm across sales and growth marketing to drive visibility and decisions.
• Vet and select tools across the revenue tech stack and manage vendor transitions.
