Job summary

H1 Insights is seeking an Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to bolster our global Commercial team.

You’ll drive planning, performance analysis, and operational processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance to build scalable playbooks and dashboards. You will own data-driven insights, improve deal efficiency, and contribute to enablement materials while reporting to the RevOps Director.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Eastern or Central time zone preferred.
• Ability to design, improve, and operationalize business processes at scale.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Strong communication and ability to present data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue planning, reporting, and analysis across territories, quotas, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor productivity and performance.
• Analyze Commercial performance (win/loss, funnel, pipeline health) and translate questions into data pulls and actionable recommendations.
• Develop AI agents, skills, and workflows to enhance RevOps efficiency.
• Support initiatives to improve Commercial effectiveness (lead routing, pipeline generation, sales process).
• Execute Deal Desk workflows with Sales and Finance for non-standard deals.
• Oversee CRM data quality, field governance, and audit processes.
• Create training materials and documentation to aid enablement.
