Cribl is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to support the Sales organization with data-driven insights, GTM planning, and compensation design. You’ll partner with Sales VPs and cross-functional teams to optimize systems, dashboards, and processes in a remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes advanced data analysis, CRM governance, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale Cribl’s go-to-market motion while aligning with ROEs and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytical experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data modeling for decisions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or RevOps tools is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accurate data governance are essential.
• Clear communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning with segmentation, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Advise Sales VPs by diagnosing pipeline health and recommending actions.
• Maintain dashboards/reports in Salesforce, Omni and Gong.
• Improve CRM workflows and data quality to boost rep productivity.
• Ensure data integrity for accounts, opportunities and territories.
