Cribl is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to empower our sales organization with data-driven insights and optimized processes. You will partner with Sales VPs and GTM teams on planning, compensation, and performance, ensuring scalable operations as Cribl grows.

You’ll build and refine segmentation, territory, and data models, maintain dashboards in Salesforce, and advise leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations. This role supports a remote-first culture across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles by developing segmentation models, territory designs & compensation plans.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales VPs with regular business reviews and data-backed action plans.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface key metrics and insights.
• Identify and drive improvements to CRM workflows and data quality to increase rep productivity.
• Maintain accuracy of account, opportunity, and territory data in Salesforce.
