Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to support the sales organization with data-driven insights and process optimization. You will partner with Sales VPs and cross-functional GTM teams on planning, compensation, and performance analyses to scale as Cribl grows.

You’ll gather requirements, maintain dashboards in Salesforce/Gong/Omni, and improve CRM workflows and data quality while aligning with ROEs and segmentation rules. This remote-first role reports to Revenue Ops leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or tools like Omni, Gong, or similar RevOps platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles by developing segmentation models, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales VPs with regular business reviews and data-backed actions.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni to surface key metrics and trends.
• Identify CRM data quality improvements and streamline revenue tools to boost rep productivity.
• Maintain account, opportunity, and territory data in Salesforce per segmentation rules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and People teams on GTM planning and decisions.
