Cribl is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to support the Sales organization with data-driven insights, go-to-market optimization, and tools governance. You will partner with Sales VPs and cross‑functional GTM teams on planning, compensation, and performance analysis, reporting to the Sr.

Director of Revenue Operations. You’ll maintain dashboards in Salesforce, Gong and Omni, drive CRM data quality improvements, and help scale operations across time zones in a remote-first company.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Clear communicator who translates data into insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles with segmentation models, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Act as strategic advisor to Sales VPs; diagnose pipeline health and recommend data-backed actions.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong and Omni to surface key metrics.
• Improve CRM workflows and data quality to reduce friction and boost rep productivity.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and align with segmentation ROEs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing and People teams.
