Cribl is seeking Technical Support Engineers to provide enterprise-level support, ensuring customer success across Slack, email, and online meetings. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues for large organizations, contributing to a highly technical and collaborative team.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems.
• Expert-level troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
• Excellent client-facing skills and written/verbal communication.
• Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products.
• Provide extraordinary technical support to Enterprise customers across channels (Slack, email, online meetings).
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Follow standard procedures for reproducibility and escalation of unresolved issues.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and document knowledge in knowledge base notes.
