Job summary

Cribl is seeking Technical Support Engineers to ensure customer success by providing enterprise-level support across channels, including Slack, email, and online meetings. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving complex issues in distributed systems for large customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise support, expert troubleshooting, and strong Linux/AWS/Azure networking skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products.
• Provide enterprise-level technical support across channels (Slack, email, meetings, etc).
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues per procedures to internal teams.
• Provide accurate feedback, set expectations, and document issues.
• Create knowledge base notes and contribute to real-time forums.
