Job summary

Cribl seeks a Technical Support Engineer to deliver enterprise-level support for our observability data platform. You’ll work with customers across channels, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve problems.

This remote-first role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers. Expect on-call duties and ongoing knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems.
• Excellent client-facing and written/verbal communication skills.
• Expert-level troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products.
• Provide extraordinary technical support to Enterprise customers via Slack, email, online meetings, etc.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer issues.
• Follow standard procedures for reproducibility and escalation to internal teams.
• Provide prompt feedback, set expectations, and ensure proper recording and closure of issues.
• Document knowledge in knowledge base notes and participate in real-time forums.
