Cribl is seeking Technical Support Engineers to ensure customer success by providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. We are a fast-growing, remote-first company delivering telemetry software that processes large-scale IT and security data.

You will work with a highly technical team to diagnose complex issues and contribute to knowledge sharing. The role involves on-call duties and requires strong troubleshooting, client-facing communication, and experience with Linux,

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or similar degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
• Excellent client-facing skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and our other products.
• Provide extraordinary technical support to our Enterprise customers across Slack, email, and online meetings.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Follow standard procedures for reproducibility and escalation of unresolved issues to internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and document issues.
• Create and update knowledge base notes and participate in real-time forums.
