Cribl is seeking Technical Support Engineers to ensure customer success by providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. You will join a highly technical and collaborative team that ships high quality software and handles large-scale observability data.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years supporting enterprise customers or distributed systems, excellent troubleshooting and client-facing skills, and experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and networking.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise customers or distributed systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure and networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and products.
• Provide extraordinary technical support to Enterprise customers via Slack, email, meetings.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures.
• Document knowledge base notes and participate in real-time forums.
• Stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties may be required.
