Cribl is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to ensure enterprise-scale success by delivering high-quality technical assistance across channels such as Slack, email, and meetings. You will work with customers and partners to diagnose issues and provide timely solutions in a distributed systems environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and hands-on expertise with Linux, AWS, Azure, and networking.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise customers or distributed systems.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products.
• Provide enterprise-level technical support across Slack, email, and online meetings.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures.
• Document knowledge base notes and participate in real-time forums.
