Cribl is seeking Technical Support Engineers to deliver enterprise-level support for observability products. You will join a highly technical, remote-first team that helps customers unlock value from their data, across Slack, email, online meetings, and forums.

The role emphasizes strong technical troubleshooting, collaboration across teams, and a customer-centric mindset, with on-call duties and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or similar is required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with strong troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products.
• Provide extraordinary technical support to Enterprise customers via Slack, email, and online meetings.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams following procedures.
• Document knowledge as tech notes and participate in real-time forums for questions.
• Provide prompt feedback, set expectations, and ensure proper issue closure.
• Stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties may be required.
