Job summary

Signature Performance in the United States seeks a Project Manager III to lead IT/software implementation initiatives across traditional, agile, and hybrid methods. You will serve as Scrum Master, coordinate internal teams and vendor partners, define scope, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, PMP/CSM/CSPO, SDLC expertise, and strong analytical skills to provide metrics and actionable insights. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with IT/Software Implementation focus.
• Proven track record in IT/Software Implementation projects.
• Experience developing formal PM plans with sub-plans (scope, cost, schedule, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Experience using KPIs like EVM, ETC, variances, and performance indices.
• Lead Work Breakdown Structures and various estimation methods.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO certification.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• SDLC expertise.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities across waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods.
• Act as Scrum Master for agile projects, planning and facilitating ceremonies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time and budget.
• Implement change management throughout project lifecycle.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and schedule management.
• Create detailed project documentation (charter, logs, reports, COAs).
• Communicate key meeting outcomes and decisions to stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and verification techniques.
• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Manage client relationships as primary liaison.
• Conduct risk management and vendor relationships.
• Analyze healthcare administration functions to inform requirements.
• Document software requirements specs and use cases.
• Create workflow diagrams and validate design adherence.
• Coordinate test results communication and end-user requirement changes.
• Continuously improve systems and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Coach team in agile practices as Scrum Master.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
