Signature Performance is seeking an accomplished Project Manager III for a remote-based role. You will lead IT/software implementation projects, applying traditional, agile, or hybrid methods to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery across multiple initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, PMP/CSM/CSPO, and strong SDLC expertise. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is essential for success in a dynamic healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with IT/Software Implementation focus.
• PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications required.
• Experience with SDLC and IT/software implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional, agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Act as Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate ceremonies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time and on budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders ensuring feasibility.
• Generate and maintain project documentation and risk logs.
• Manage change, communications, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
