Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Project Manager III for a fully remote role. You will lead initiatives from initiation to completion, drive agile and hybrid delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires 10+ years in IT/software PM, PMP/CSM/CSPO credentials, and strong SDLC expertise. You will report to stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure quality outcomes for healthcare-focused projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with IT/Software Implementation focus.
Proven track record in IT/Software Implementation projects.
Expertise in formal Project Management Plans across scope, cost, schedule, quality, communications, risk, stakeholders, resources, change and integration.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project.
Proficiency with KPIs like Earned Value, ETC, Variances, CPI, SPI.
Ability to lead Work Breakdown Structures and estimation methods.
Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO required.
Healthcare industry experience required.
SDLC expertise.
Bachelor's or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project activities using traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, and hybrid methods.
Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate ceremonies to maximize team productivity.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
Implement change management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with goals.
Ensure optimal resource allocation and simulate schedule management and critical path analysis.
Generate detailed project documentation including charters, logs, COAs, and reports.
Report and escalate issues, identify risks, dependencies, and decisions.
Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders as primary liaison.
