Job summary

Signature Performance seeks an experienced Project Manager III to drive IT/software implementation initiatives from initiation to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate vendors, and apply traditional, agile, or hybrid methods to meet scope and schedule requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience, strong analytics, and a track record of delivering projects within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in IT/software implementations.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple vendors.
• PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects using traditional, agile, or hybrid methods.
• Act as Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate ceremonies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop detailed project artifacts (charter, scope, risk, issues, schedule).
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications.
