Job summary

Signature Performance seeks a Project Manager III to lead IT/software initiatives with strong PM leadership, Scrum Master duties, and cross‑functional coordination. You will guide projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget results while managing stakeholders and vendors nationwide.

The role demands PMP/CSM/CSPO certification, 10+ years of experience, and healthcare/SDLC expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience with IT/software implementation.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive formal PM plans including scope, cost, schedule, quality, communications, risk, stakeholders, resources, change, and integration.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO required.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Demonstrated Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, and hybrid approaches.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate key ceremonies to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Implement change management throughout the project lifecycle to ensure stakeholder acceptance.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with goals.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and perform time management tasks including scheduling and critical path analysis.
• Produce detailed project documents (Charter, Scope, logs, reports, COAs, etc.).
• Communicate decisions and salient meeting points to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and assumptions to minimize disruptions.
• Manage client relationships as the primary liaison and ensure their needs are met.
• Conduct risk management and maintain vendor relationships.
