Job summary

Signature Performance seeks a Project Manager III to lead IT/software initiatives from initiation to completion. You will apply traditional, Agile/Lean, or hybrid methods, serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with IT/software implementation focus.
• Proven track record leading IT/software projects and delivering on scope, time and budget.
• Experience with formal PM plans including scope, cost, schedule, risk and quality.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications are required.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and manage project activities using waterfall, agile/lean, or hybrid methods.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile projects, facilitating planning, stand-ups and reviews.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project documents including charters, logs, plans and reports.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule and costs with verification techniques and risk tracking.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders as the primary liaison.
• Conduct risk management and ensure SDLC alignment for project requirements.
