Job summary

Signature Performance in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager III to lead IT/software initiatives from initiation to completion, employing traditional, agile, and hybrid methodologies.

You will act as Scrum Master, coordinate internal teams and vendors, manage scope/time/budget, and develop comprehensive PM artifacts.

A proven track record with 10+ years, PMP/CSPO, and healthcare software experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in IT/Software implementations.
• PMP and CSPO certifications required.
• Development of formal PM plans covering scope, cost, schedule, quality, communications, risk, stakeholders, resources, change, and integration.
• Expertise with Microsoft Project (Professional or Online).
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project activities across traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, and hybrid methods.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate ceremonies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
• Implement change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders; ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Ensure resource allocation and perform schedule development and critical path analysis.
• Document artifacts such as charters, RACI, risk logs, and test plans.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and communications with stakeholders.
