Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Project Manager III to drive IT/software initiatives from initiation to closure, balancing scope, schedule, and budget.

You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, within-scope delivery and act as a Scrum Master to maximize productivity. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience, PMP/CSM/CSPO credentials, and healthcare/SDLC expertise, with a strong communication and leadership track record.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience with a focus on IT/software implementation.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications are required.
• Healthcare industry experience and SDLC expertise are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities across traditional, agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and governance artifacts.
• Act as Scrum Master for agile projects to maximize team productivity and adherence to Scrum.
