Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex IT/software initiatives for healthcare clients. This remote position can be located nationwide and requires driving projects from initiation to completion while ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.

You will serve as Scrum Master for agile projects, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, manage risks and KPIs, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to align expectations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project Management for IT/software.
• Proven IT/software implementation project experience.
• Expertise in developing formal PM plans with sub-plans (scope, cost, schedule, quality, etc.).
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO required.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• SDLC expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate ceremonies.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation (charter, scope, risk, etc.).
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage changes.
• Communicate status and risks to management.
