Signature Performance is seeking a seasoned Project Manager III to lead IT/software implementation programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, applying traditional, agile, or hybrid practices to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, PMP/CSM/CSPO certifications, and strong KPI-driven governance. Remote nationwide work is supported with central scheduling in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years project management experience in IT/software implementations.
• Experience developing formal PM plans with multiple sub-plans (scope, cost, schedule, risk, etc.).
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO credentials required; healthcare/financial domain knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of KPIs like EVM, ETC, SV/SPI and related dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities across traditional, agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects, facilitating ceremonies and improving team productivity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop scopes, objectives, and change management plans with stakeholders.
• Document project artifacts (charters, logs, plans, reports) and ensure traceability.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
