Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a global lease team, oversee client accounts, and ensure accurate lease data and reporting. This remotely-based role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of lease administration systems.

You will mentor analysts, manage complex leases, coordinate with landlords and clients, and drive process improvement across accounts while aligning with client contracts and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting/property management.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease).
• Proven success managing multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting principles preferred.
• Independent, self-motivated, and strong time management; comfortable remote work.
• Strong service delivery mindset and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and build teams; oversee hiring and employment practices.
• Be the managing lease analyst on a large account and lead a small team of analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; maintain client governance programs.
• Provide quality control within databases and generate reports.
• Mentor and train Lease Analysts on key duties.
• Interpret lease language and oversee abstraction, translation, and QC.
• Ensure account transitions, playbooks, and process documentation are up to date.
• Input and reconcile rental obligations, expirations, and critical lease data.
• Manage disputes with landlords and clients; serve as main contact for accounts.
• Prepare monthly rental schedules and review all charges for accuracy.
• Coordinate with global teams to deliver consistent service per contract.
