Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team responsible for managing lease administration services for large client accounts. The role emphasizes accuracy, client communication, and governance across global accounts.

You will oversee lease abstraction, data integrity, and reporting while coordinating with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders. A remote US-based arrangement is offered with broad geographical exposure.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting/property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE database systems (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease) is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage a global team, oversee lease abstractions, and ensure quality control across accounts.

• Lead a lease administration team and manage a large account with oversight of junior staff.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; present portfolio updates and performance metrics.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation, and quality control per client standards.
• Prepare monthly rental schedules and review rent, CAM, and operating expense charges.
• Drive process improvements and maintain playbooks; manage transitions and account setup.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure adherence to client contracts and scopes of work.
