Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team responsible for lease abstraction, reporting, and client service on major accounts. You will mentor analysts, oversee quality control, and ensure accurate lease data and billing across multiple portfolios.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration with a global team, strong client communication, and ongoing process improvement to meet client objectives and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Proficiency with CRE database apps such as CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, Virtual Lease.
• Experience managing multi‑line global accounts with large lease portfolios.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Lease Administration team and mentor analysts.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation, and quality control for assigned accounts.
• Communicate with clients and brokers; build solid client relationships.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and reporting cadence.
