Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a global lease admin team and oversee accounts across the United States. You will manage lease abstraction, reporting, and client communications while driving process improvements and ensuring accurate data.

You will mentor Lease Analysts, handle transitions, and maintain playbooks with a focus on service quality. A remote arrangement from listed US states is available and a Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years in CRE lease administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Intermediate to expert level experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or other portfolio management database systems.
• Experience managing multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases and global account management structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and build teams, overseeing a large account and leading a small team of Lease Analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers and account managers and coordinate with Landlords as needed.
• Provide QC on database and ensure accurate lease abstraction and data entry.
