Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a global lease team and manage key client accounts from a remote location. You will drive quality control, reporting, and process improvements across multiple accounts and ensure strong client governance.

You will mentor Lease Analysts, oversee abstraction and data integrity, and coordinate with landlords, tenants, and brokers. This role emphasizes strategic oversight and collaboration across a decentralized team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or property management.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and large lease portfolios.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with lease databases.
• Remote work capability and independent time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration team and oversee multiple accounts.
• Lead client communications and vendor relationships.
• Ensure accurate lease abstraction and quality control.
• Create, edit, and run reports in lease administration systems.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and provide training.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease data.
• Coordinate account transitions and playbooks updates.
• Present portfolio updates and performance metrics to clients.
• Manage risk and resolve disputes with landlords and tenants.
