Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationship.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer's technical environment and align solutions to their business goals.
• Collaborate with sales in account planning, campaign development, and advancing opportunities through stages 3–5.
• Demonstrate knowledge in End User Computing and Digital Transformation, addressing competition.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and present technology visions to executives and practitioners.
• Lead technical pre-sales efforts including presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes.
• Identify new opportunities and support sales in expanding account value.
