Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions with customer needs in the digital workspace space. You will act as a technical resource, aligning product value with business objectives, and partner with sales to plan and close opportunities.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead technical pre-sales efforts, collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering, and guide customers from discovery to resolution across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers as trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationship.
• Develop understanding of customer environment and align with right solutions.
• Collaborate with sales on account planning, campaigns, and progression of opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge in End User Computing and Digital Transformation and discuss competitive positioning.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and present our technology vision to executives and practitioners.
• Drive meetings with strong communication and persuasive product demonstrations.
• Take ownership of accounts with thought leadership and customer-first focus.
• Utilize resources to manage whitespace and Install Base for expansion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive success across the customer journey.
