Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge our technical solutions with client needs, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the sales team. You will demonstrate End User Computing and Digital Transformation value, deliver compelling demos, and guide customers through technical discussions from executive to practitioner levels.

You will own accounts, collaborate across Customer Success and Engineering, and continuously update skills while driving customer success.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as trusted advisor.
• Understand customers' technical environments and align solutions.
• Collaborate with sales on account planning and opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and product demonstrations.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Present our technology vision to executives and practitioners.
• Own accounts and drive to defined outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to service customer needs.
