Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge our technical portfolio with client needs. You will own the end-to-end technical relationship, understand customers' environments, and articulate how our Digital Workspace solutions deliver business value.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to design plans, run demos and workshops, respond to RFPs, and advance opportunities. This remote role covers New York, New Jersey and Maryland with a competitive OTE.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales efforts including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes.
• Present our Digital Workspace value proposition at industry events.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales in expanding account value.
• Influence product direction with customer insights and industry trends.
