Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Lead Technical Support Specialist to deliver engineering-grade support for global customers in the Software & Controls Solutions (SCS) business.

As the primary technical expert for the Remote Diagnostic Services (RDS) team, you will provide contractual technical support for RDS and TSA contracts using the Remote Service Gateway to deliver real-time troubleshooting. You will bridge customers and internal teams, specializing in MKVIe, EX2100, and LS2100 control systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Automation, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in power generation control systems.
• Hands-on experience with GE Vernova MKVIe, EX2100e/EX2100, LS2100e/LS2100.
• Remote troubleshooting in a 24/7 service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering-level diagnostics and rapid resolution using RSG.
• Engage with global customers and regional teams with clear guidance.
• Own case metrics and KPIs, ensuring 24/7 responsiveness.
• Refine technical docs and contribute Lean improvements.
• Share knowledge and coach peers; bridge RDS with M&D, Eng., and Commercial.
