Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a highly technical, customer-focused TAE to provide expert support for Grid Automation M&D customers. You will lead engagements from inquiry through resolution and guide customers in pre-sales decisions and post-sales support.

You will coordinate with sales teams, develop proposals with engineering and product teams, and provide training to customers and internal staff. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of industrial and utility monitoring and diagnostics.
• Ability to interact with all levels of customers from electricians to executives.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as expert consultant to guide customers in planning and development of technical solutions.
• Coordinate with sales teams for customer calls, presentations, and bid meetings.
• Develop technical proposals with engineering, product managers, and proposal managers.
• Provide product training and application training to customers and internal teams.
• Lead customers in architecting, commissioning, and testing new products and pilots.
• Analyze monitoring results and advise on settings and actions.
• Identify opportunities for product upgrades and knowledge sharing with teams.
