Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Lead Technical Support Specialist to provide engineering-grade support to global customers for Remote Diagnostic Services. You will be the primary technical expert for RDS and TSA contracts, delivering rapid, real-time troubleshooting via the Remote Service Gateway (RSG) to keep our fleet operational.

You will work across M&D, Engineering and Commercial teams, applying expertise in MKVIe, EX2100 and LS2100 controls, mentoring peers, and driving Lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in power generation control systems.
• Hands-on experience with GE Vernova MKVIe Controls, EX2100e/EX2100, and LS2100e/LS2100.
• Remote troubleshooting experience in remote support environments.
• Ability to participate in a global coverage rotation for 24/7 service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering-level diagnostics for GE Vernova control systems via secure remote connectivity using RSG.
• Serve as a trusted technical interface for global customers and regional teams.
• Own case metrics and KPIs to ensure 24/7 responsiveness and performance.
• Own and refine technical documentation and Lean improvements.
• Share knowledge and coach peers to elevate collective expertise.
• Bridge RDS with M&D, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
