GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Monitoring & Diagnostics Technical Support Specialist to own the technical relationship with customers and manage cases from start to finish. You will provide ongoing technical support via phone and email and coordinate with product lines to drive issues to resolution.

The role requires an engineering degree or technologist diploma and 5+ years in Monitoring & Diagnostics, with strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technologist diploma with 5+ years in Monitoring & Diagnostics.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to reproduce customer reported issues.
• Willingness to work on-call, after hours or modified schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical support and case management daily via phone, email and other forms.
• Investigate problems, reproduce issues, and drive closure with product lines.
• Maintain records in CRM/ERP tools (Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, SAP).
• Identify training opportunities and lead self-development and coaching.
• Prepare documentation and maintain knowledge base of resolutions.
• Schedule and present case summaries and metrics to customers.
