Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a skilled engineer to provide direct technical support for power plants with GE Vernova equipment. You will handle ER cases, lead RCAs, and deliver technical guidance through conferences, webinars, and documents to customers and site representatives.

The role offers cross-functional collaboration across Design Engineering, Product Safety, Management, and regional teams, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years direct experience in the power industry (US).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve ER cases for accessory system issues.
• Lead or support RCAs with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance via user conferences, webinars, and documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to provide timely technical resolutions.
